The Austin City Council has approved funding for the Zilker Clubhouse Rehabilitation project. The project is to enhance and modernize functions of this beloved, historic, going-concern event venue. The work will include a substantial rehabilitation of the building and the significant addition of outdoor event amenities. Funding was approved on May 7, 2026.
Construction is expected to begin in the Summer of 2026, with an anticipated completion date in the Fall of 2027.
